Ethereum started November by testing its all-time highs as private notes to clients from two major investment banks revealed how different analysts view the second-largest crypto asset.Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin proposed a new Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) to tackle Ethereum’s sky-high gas fees.
